What We Can Replace During an Oven Clean (And What We Can’t)

We get asked this a lot, and the short answer is: yes, we can replace a few common parts, but we’re not a full-on repair service. Here’s a breakdown of what we can help with, and what’s better left to a qualified engineer.

Can We Replace Oven Bulbs?

Yes, we can, and we carry them with us.
If your oven light’s gone, we can pop a new bulb in while we’re there. It’s quick, easy, and saves you faffing about trying to find the right one.

Cost: £9
No need to book separately, just mention it when you book your clean, or let us know on the day.

Can We Replace Oven Door Seals?

Yes, but we’ll need to know in advance.
Seals vary depending on the oven make and model, so we’ll need that info before your appointment so we can source the right part.

If you’re not sure which model you have, just send us a photo of the data sticker inside the oven door.

Cost: Varies depending on the seal, we’ll confirm once we know the model.

What About Other Repairs?

We’re happy to help with minor fixes and replacements while we’re there, if it’s something simple like tightening a loose handle or checking a dodgy door hinge.

Anything more serious, like electrical issues, broken heating elements or full part replacements, should be handled by a domestic appliance engineer.

We work closely with trusted engineers, so we’re happy to point you in the right direction if it’s something we can’t sort.
