Can I Use My Oven Straight After a Clean?

Yes, you can use your oven straight away after we’ve cleaned it.

There’s no drying time, no weird smells to wait out, and nothing you need to do once we leave. Just switch it on and cook like normal.

Will the Oven Be Wet or Need Time to Air Out?

Nope. We don’t leave the oven soaking or dripping, it’s cleaned, wiped down and ready to go. We also don’t use any harsh or lingering chemicals that need “venting” time.

Your oven will look and feel like new, without any mess or dampness left behind.

Is It Safe to Cook in Straight Away?

Absolutely. Everything we use is non-toxic, low-odour and safe for food environments. Once we’re done, your oven is fully safe to use, even if you want to roast a chicken that same evening.

What About Pets and Kids?

Because there are no fumes or chemical residues, it’s safe for pets and children to be around the kitchen once the job’s done. You don’t need to leave windows open or keep anyone out of the room.

What if you cleaned it yourself with a shop-bought cleaner?

Different story. Caustic products like Oven Pride, Mr Muscle and Easy-Off need rinsing thoroughly, and most manufacturers advise running the empty oven at around 200°C for 15–30 minutes before cooking so any residue burns off rather than ending up in your food. If you can still smell chemicals afterwards, ventilate the kitchen and run it again. That waiting game is one of the reasons we use fume-free products instead — there’s nothing to wait for.

The one exception: self-clean (pyrolytic) cycles

If you’ve run your oven’s built-in pyrolytic cycle, let it cool completely and wipe out the ash before cooking. The cycle itself takes 1.5–3 hours and the door stays locked until the oven has cooled down.
